Pot afecta complexele fizice interac\u021biunea cu al\u021bi oameni, via\u021ba profesional\u0103 sau cea de cuplu? \u00cen ce fel?<\/p>\n<p>Complexele fizice ne pot afecta pe mai multe planuri din via\u021b\u0103, de la modul \u00een care noi ne privim, la cum rela\u021bion\u0103m cu restul oamenilor din via\u021ba noastr\u0103, fie c\u0103 este vorba despre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 sau cea de cuplu. Din cauza imaginii de sine care nu este tocmai una bun\u0103, pot exista momente \u00een care s\u0103 lu\u0103m decizia s\u0103 nu ne mai dorim s\u0103 ne expunem fizic. Deci, aten\u021bie!<\/p>\n<p>5. Existen\u021ba unui complex fizic \u00eenseamn\u0103 neacceptarea propriului corp, a neiubirii de sine?<\/p>\n<p>Modul \u00een care noi ne privim corpul, dac\u0103 ne accept\u0103m sau nu complexele fizice, are leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu modul \u00een care noi alegem s\u0103 privim realitatea. De multe ori, dac\u0103 un complex este remediat ( un nas c\u00e2rn este corectat printr-o rinoplastie), va ap\u0103rea un nou motiv de nemul\u021bumire, iar apoi un altul, \u0219i tot a\u0219a. Este interven\u021bia esetic\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat solu\u021bia? Cum putem lucra cu psihicul pentru ca fizicul s\u0103 nu mai reprezinte o problem\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>Sunt oameni care ajung s\u0103 apeleze la opera\u021bii estetice tocmai pentru a repara acel complex fizic asupra c\u0103ruia pun ei \u00een\u0219i\u0219i lumina.
