Iat\u0103 de ce ajungem s\u0103 ne izol\u0103m \u0219i care sunt efectele singur\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een plan emo\u021bional sau chiar fizic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Singur\u0103tatea este o stare emo\u021bional\u0103 care apare ca urmare a perceperii propriei izolari. Pentru fiecare singur\u0103tatea \u00eenseamn\u0103 altceva, unii o pot privi ca pe o oportunitate de reconectare cu sinele, pentru al\u021bii \u00eens\u0103 e greu de gestionat \u0219i aduce suferin\u021b\u0103. Dac\u0103 nu percepem izolarea, dac\u0103 nu o con\u0219tientiz\u0103m, nu vorbim de sentimentul de singur\u0103tate.
