Iat\u0103 \u0219tiin\u021ba din spatele depresiei.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce este depresia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depresia este o stare patologic\u0103 \u00een care o persoan\u0103 resimte triste\u021be, dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een a rela\u021biona, poate o stare de anxietate, pesimism, incapacitatea de a-\u0219i face planuri tocmai din cauza lipsei unui interes pentru a fi activ, etc.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea se poate manifesta nu numai la nivelul psihic, ci \u0219i fizic-motor sau chiar somatic. Individul poate avea dureri de cap, stare de mole\u0219eal\u0103, lips\u0103 de energie, poate ap\u0103rea \u0219i lipsa poftei de m\u00e2ncare precum \u0219i multe alte forme de manifest\u0103ri fizice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce recomand\u0103 psihologii?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd vine vorba de persoane care sunt depresive, indiferent de motivul care le-a determinat s\u0103 cad\u0103 \u00eentr-o asemenea stare<strong>, primul lucru pe care psihologii \u00eel recomand\u0103 este activarea comportamental\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 activarea comportamenatal\u0103? Adic\u0103 sf\u0103tuiesc persoana depresiv\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 lucruri, de la cele mai m\u0103runte, u\u0219oare, pu\u021bin epuizante, simple lucruri, spre cele care sunt din ce \u00een ce mai complexe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asta pentru c\u0103 este mai u\u0219or pentru o persoan\u0103 depresiv\u0103 s\u0103 ias\u0103 din starea aceasta, dac\u0103 face mai \u00eent\u00e2i lucruri mici, care vor da na\u0219tere la schimb\u0103ri mici<\/strong>. Totodat\u0103, nici nu se poate imagina schimb\u00e2ndu-\u0219i starea f\u0103c\u00e2nd ceva complex, pentru c\u0103 nu are energia necesar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0218tiin\u021ba din spatele depresiei<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La nivel fiziologic depresia poate fi explicat\u0103 prin lipsa secre\u021biei la un nivel normal al serotoninei, care este unul dintre hormonii fericirii.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Motivul pentru care psihologii recomand\u0103 activarea comportamental\u0103 este pentru c\u0103 asta presupune mi\u0219care, iar mi\u0219carea presupune, la nivel hormonal, eliberarea de endorfine, printre care \u0219i serotonina. Astfel, cu ajutorul lor, dezechilibrul suferit din cauza st\u0103rii de triste\u021be dispare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cens\u0103 din punct de vedere neurologic se mai \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 ceva. Oamenii de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 au descoperit c\u0103 o persoan\u0103 depresiv\u0103 sufer\u0103 \u0219i de incapacitatea de a forma conexiuni neuronale \u00een hipocampus \u00een ritm normal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta \u0219i de ce este important?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hipocampusul este locul din creier care se ocup\u0103 cu gestionarea emo\u021biilor \u0219i crearea de noi amintiri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen depresie, capacitatea acestei p\u0103r\u021bi a creierului de a forma noi neuroni scade, precum \u0219i de a forma noi leg\u0103turi neuronale, adic\u0103 amintiri.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a \u00eenc\u00e2t, atunci c\u00e2nd tr\u0103im o asemenea stare, ne este mai greu s\u0103 fim aten\u021bi la emo\u021biile noastre precum\u00a0 \u0219i ale celor din jur.<\/p>\n<p>Dorin\u021ba de a face ceva nou, doar pentru a ne putea aminti cu drag \u00een viitor de asta, dispare cu c\u00e2t st\u0103m mai mult \u00een depresie, \u00eentruc\u00e2t, \u00een tot acest timp, hipocampusul se mic\u0219oreaz\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>De aceea este indicat \u00een cazul \u00een care te sim\u021bi trist sau vezi c\u0103 este cineva trist, cel mai bine este s\u0103 recurgi la a face lucruri mici, fie cu sine, fie cu persoana respectiv\u0103.
