Iat\u0103 cum!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum prive\u0219te societatea stresul<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu afl\u0103m nimic nou dac\u0103 spunem c\u0103 principalul factor care ne perturb\u0103 fiecare zi este stresul. Orice moment din zi este acompaniat de acesta, de la graba cu care ne trezim diminea\u021ba, la timpul pu\u021bin pe care \u00eel avem s\u0103 termin\u0103m o sarcin\u0103 la serviciu, la orele petrecute \u00een trafic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, avem tendin\u021ba ca ori de c\u00e2te ori avem ocazia de a face ceva care s\u0103 ne relaxeze, s\u0103 profit\u0103m de ea. Nu este nimic r\u0103u \u00een asta, \u00eens\u0103,\u00a0singurul motiv pentru care sim\u021bim nevoia de relaxare este tocmai din cauza modului \u00een care etichet\u0103m stresul \u00een via\u021ba noastr\u0103 \u2013 ca du\u0219man.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce spun studiile despre stres<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majoritatea studiilor care s-au efectuat \u00een acest domeniu au \u00een propor\u021bie destul de mare acela\u0219i rezultat, \u0219i anume c\u0103\u00a0stresul nu este benefic s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, c\u0103 trebuie evitat pe c\u00e2t mai mult posibil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foarte mul\u021bi doctori, pentru a menaja mai u\u0219or bolile pacien\u021bilor pe care \u00eei \u00eengrijesc, le recomand\u0103 s\u0103 evite situa\u021biile care le-ar putea cauza.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eustres \u0219i distres<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exist\u0103 totu\u0219i o abordare mai bl\u00e2nd\u0103 asupra acestei probleme. Teoria stresului bun \u2013 eustres, ca acea situa\u021bie \u00een care ne putem g\u0103si, care are ca rezultat mobilizarea corpului c\u0103tre un rezultat, c\u0103tre o cale de ie\u0219ire, \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 chiar de eliberarea de endorfine (o petrecere surpriz\u0103, preg\u0103tirea pentru o c\u0103l\u0103torie, prima zi de \u0219coal\u0103 a celui mic, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe de cealalt\u0103 parte avem distresul, ca reac\u021bie la un stimul stresor care ne incapaciteaz\u0103 s\u0103 ac\u021bion\u0103m pe mai multe planuri \u2013 \u00a0fizic, psihic, comportamental \u0219i emo\u021bional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceea ce au \u00een comun aceste dou\u0103 tipuri de stres este reac\u021bia organismului la ele, ritm cardiac crescut, respira\u021bie sacadat\u0103, transpira\u021bie etc., reac\u021bii care sunt necontrolate, iar \u00een cazul distresului aparent d\u0103un\u0103toare s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stresul \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iat\u0103 ce spune un studiu efectuat pe o perioad\u0103 de opt ani asupra unui e\u0219antion de 30.000 de oameni \u00een America.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studiul a demarat cu dou\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103ri: \u201eC\u00e2t stres ai experimentat \u00een ultimul an?\u201d, \u00a0av\u00e2nd ca variante de r\u0103spuns pu\u021bin, moderat, \u0219i mult; \u0219i o a doua \u00eentrebare: \u201eDac\u0103 crezi c\u0103 stresul este d\u0103un\u0103tor s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii?\u201d.
